Terms And Conditions
Simcoe Welding & Design Ltd will only be held liable for the extent of works carried out by Simcoe Welding & Design Ltd.
No liability shall be accepted in respect of defects in existing installations or in respect of parts not manufactured by Simcoe Welding & Design Ltd.
Payment is due within 30 days of job completion unless specifically agreed upon prior to the commencement of work or services.
All overdue invoices are subject to a late payment fee of 5% each month until the bill is paid in full.
Quotations are valid for 5 business days. Any Estimates approved after 5 days will be subject to price adjustments.
